Smaller items will be shipped out with a trackable number by Shipping couriers like Canada Post, Fedex, UPS. These items include faucets and shower accessories.
Larger items which contain oversized, heavy, or fragile items will be shipped with a specialized transport company. These items include vanities, mirrors, and side cabinets.
Smaller items sent out with a shipping courier will be delivered to outside your doorstep. Larger items will be deposited at your homes first available covered area. This could be inside your front door or garage.
If your item is shipped out with a shipping courier such as Canada Post, Fedex or UPS, you will receive an email containing the tracking number once it is shipped out from our warehouse.
If your item requires our specialized transport, our customer service representative will reach out to you in order to schedule a deliver day for your item.
Orders will typically take 2-5 days to process and ship out.

At checkout, you will see an option for FREE WAREHOUSE PICKUP. Once your order has been processed, a customer service agent will contact you to schedule an appointment for your pickup.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return your product to our warehouse facility. You will be required to schedule an appointment with one of our customer service agents prior to returning your product.
Reimbursement on products can be done 10 day following the date that the items are shipped out of our warehouse (or picked up from our warehouse).
The product must be unused, uninstalled and returned in its original condition and packaging (unopened) to get a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
You can exchange your product within 10 day following the date that the items are shipped out of our warehouse (or picked up from our warehouse). You will be required to schedule an appointment with one of our customer service agent prior to bringing back your product for an exchange.
Note: We will need 2-5 days to process your new item and have it ready for the exchange.
