Returns

Regular-priced items

Regular-priced items may be returned within 10 days of pickup for a refund to the original payment method, provided the item is unused, uninstalled and in its original, undamaged packaging with all parts included. Bring the item and your order confirmation to the showroom; we do not accept returns by mail or courier.

Sale items are final sale

Any item purchased at a reduced price is final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. This includes items bought during a sale event, items marked down on the website, and purchases made with a discount or coupon code.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order at pickup. If an item is damaged or not what you ordered, tell us before leaving the showroom, or within 48 hours by email at info@peretsdesign.com with photos. We will replace the item or refund it, including final-sale items.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days once the item has been inspected at the showroom.
