Perets Design does not ship or deliver. Every order is picked up at our showroom:

When is my order ready?

Orders are usually ready within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for that email before coming in.

Pickup hours

Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm. Saturday and Sunday by appointment: call or email us to arrange a time.

What to bring

Your order confirmation and a piece of ID matching the name on the order. If someone else is picking up for you, let us know in advance with their name.

Vehicle and handling

Vanities ship in their original cartons and are heavy. Bring a vehicle that fits the carton (dimensions are listed on each product page) and someone to help you load. Our team will bring the order to the door; loading into your vehicle is your responsibility.

Holding period

We hold orders for 14 days after the ready-for-pickup email. If you need longer, contact us before the 14 days are up.
